Our 1st wedding assignment in Vietnam

There are several ceremonies in a traditional Vietnamese wedding: an engagement ceremony where both families meet up, then the customary wedding where the bride leaves her home to the groom's house, followed by a banquet (kinda Western style)

We have a chance to cover all of these in details as the bride is my sister (yay!). Being an 'insider' has its pros n cons, especially when you can't be just an observer to document it. Got to shoot and be a brother/sister-in-law too.

Our anniversary at Bella Pizza

We went out for a dinner on our anniversary at Bella Pizza. Nice place, good meal. Here are some photos to document the day :)

One thing you can do in this low-light is to increase the ISO, to 800, 1600, or even 6400 to get the picture. These were taken by 5D Mark II at ISO 6400. Noise processing by Imagenomic Noiseware. Not bad huh?
